The online sex shop is not the only one in Canada offering to sell Viagra (or "the cure," as the ads often say), either. A website called Viagra Canada carries "Viagra and the cure" pills that cost $2,800 for a 1.5-gram bottle. But these pills, too, are illegally sold internationally, while pharmacies are banned by Canadian law from directly selling it.
In 2011, the Toronto Star reported existence and availability of the pills on a website called "Viagra Canada." The Star reported pills were not available in Canada, although the Canadian Pharmacists Association and of Health did not deny the pills were available on their websites. According to the Star, website was shut down amid an ongoing investigation into illegal drug ads.
That does not seem the case anymore.
"I got this new site in Canada – I've been getting so many calls from Canadian guys that want to get this stuff, so we're getting a surge of customers," said one the site's owners, who goes by the name of K.C., a middle-aged man who claims his site has been around since 1997.
"We were shut down but, luckily, there's a new one coming to life."
The site uses a Canadian address that what is the generic for atorvastatin K.C. said was bought with a gift card and has been in operation since 2009. K.C. said the site's Canadian address is registered in a company that he did not specify.
K.C., who says he used to run Internet marketing and advertising companies in Toronto Ottawa, said he sells a variety of drugs.

"We make the pills in Canada, we can ship them to really easy – you never ever have to worry about anything," he said. "I've got a lot of products, I just can't fit everything with it. I only got enough for one or two guys at a time, but it's pretty good for a couple of pills."
K.C. said he didn't expect to be in the drug trade for three months.
"I guess I was expecting to be here for so long but … I just got hit by a bus this morning," he explained. "Anyway, whatever happens, because life is a ride too."
K.C. said he had no idea about the legality of site before it opened, and no idea how the Canadian authorities would react.

The Ontario College of Pharmacists, which also has regulatory authority over pharmacies, also did not comment on the ad site.
